- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients including hedge funds, private banks, asset managers in HK and Singapore.
- Provide customised solutions to clients including bonds, structured notes, options, and swaps etc.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare presentations and proposals for clients.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in solutions sales or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
