Role: Senior Compliance & Regulatory Compliance Consultant
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Salary: Candidate dependent and competitive
Your role as a consultant may include the following responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to enhance their compliance control frameworks, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and adhere to industry best practices.
- Utilize your expertise to identify and implement remediation measures to reduce risk exposures in client operations, thereby improving their overall compliance posture.
- Provide operational support to clients, assisting with the execution of compliance initiatives and offering ongoing guidance to optimize regulatory processes.
Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in key areas of Regulatory & Compliance, such as AML, Sanctions, MiFID II, Anti-Fraud, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, and GDPR.
- Experience in Project Management, PMO, Business Analysis, Process Optimization, and Operational Support.
- Ability to quickly understand complex business analyses and present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- A proactive, ethical mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Proficiency in English, Dutch, and/or French, with fluency in at least one additional language.
- Previous experience in consulting is a plus.
- A strong network within the financial sector is advantageous.
