Role: Senior Compliance Officer
Location: Groningen, NL
Compensation: Candidate Dependant
Start Date: 1st of July/August
Your Role:
- Risk Analysis: Conduct assessments to evaluate compliance and integrity risks, ensuring effective control measures are in place.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Ensure adherence to compliance and integrity risk management, as well as relevant laws and regulations, and provide regular reports.
- Awareness Building: Promote a culture of compliance and integrity within the organization, focusing on soft controls.
- Advisory Role: Offer both solicited and unsolicited advice to management, drawing on professional expertise and current developments.
- Client Interaction: Serve as a key discussion partner for clients on matters of compliance and integrity.
Your Profile:

Preferred Qualifications:
- A university degree in Law, Business Administration, or Economics, supplemented with compliance certification.
- 5 to 7 years of experience as a compliance officer in business services.
- Experience with monitoring and implementing soft controls.
