Role:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for prime brokerage services.
- Originate new business opportunities by identifying and targeting institutional clients, hedge funds, asset managers, and other financial institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions related to prime brokerage, securities lending, and financing.
- Collaborate with internal teams (trading, risk management, legal, compliance) to structure and negotiate deals.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
- Achieve revenue targets and contribute to the bank's growth.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in prime brokerage origination sales or related roles.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, securities lending, and prime brokerage services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong network within the financial industry.
