Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for transaction banking products (e.g., cash management, trade finance, payments, and liquidity solutions).
- Proactively manage and grow existing client relationships to maximize revenue.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the management.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet market demands and client needs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential clients.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing high-quality service and support.
- Understand client needs and tailor transaction banking solutions accordingly.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Organize client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Provide ongoing client education and updates on transaction banking products and services.
Product Knowledge and Expertise
- Stay updated on the latest transaction banking products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
- Provide clients with detailed information and advice on transaction banking solutions.
- Collaborate with product teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams on transaction banking products.
Collaboration and Teamwork
- Work closely with relationship managers, product teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales materials and promotional campaigns.
- Participate in cross-functional team projects to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with operations and compliance teams to ensure smooth implementation of transaction banking solutions.
Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Monitor client transactions and performance to ensure alignment with sales goals.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for product enhancements based on client interactions and market analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in transaction banking sales or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of transaction banking products and services (e.g., cash management, trade finance).
