Role Overview:

- Assisting in the development of financial models, valuations, and due diligence processes.
- Collaborating with senior team members to identify and evaluate potential M&A opportunities.
- Preparing pitch books, presentations, and other materials for client meetings and negotiations.
- Contributing to the overall deal execution process, from origination to closing.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (master's degree or CFA is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
