Responsibilities:
- Lead all fundraising activities and identify new sources of institutional capital
- Manage existing investor relationships
- Develop a comprehensive fundraising strategy and execute accordingly
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successfully raising capital for real estate funds
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in capital raising
- Must be based in SF or willing to relocate
