Responsibilities:
- Maintain Client relationships
- Oversee/Manage Junior staff, ensure that portfolios have been administered accurately and timely
- Ensuring operational efficiency within the team
- Ensure that all tasks are in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Assist in the day to day administration of trust
- Reviewing annual financial statements for all trust and company appointments
- Ensure accurate set-up of all new trust and transfers of existing trusts
- Attending to client requests on a daily basis and undertaking any necessary tasks
Requirements:
- At least 8-10years of experience within the industry
- Extensive knowledge in Trust Administration
- University degree
- STEP preferred
- A team player but can also work well independently
- Excellent time management skills and can meet deadlines
- English and Mandarin is a must
