This role entails providing sales support to registered securities representatives as well as entering trade orders on client accounts. This person will play a pivotal role as a member of the Wealth relationship team, providing outstanding customer service to valuable Wealth clients and increasing Financial Consultants client facing time.
Due to the role this individual will be playing in the organization, it is highly preferred that this person comes with prior experience exceeding client expectations by conducting in depth conversations to help develop financial plans, collaborating with employees and partners to match clients with the right services, and simply being a true leader and relationship expert across the bank.
Some other requirements of the role include (but are not limited to):
- Performing Relationship Management for HNW clients
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Premier and retail banking
- Ability to bring in new prospects by phone or email to build trusted relationships
- Being Point of Contact for clients in Financial Consultants absence
- Performing support tasks on behalf of the Bank, including deposit account opening, etc.
Additional qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration is preferred
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience working in the financial services industry. Experience performing relationship management for HNW & Mass Affluent clients is preferred
- Must have: State life & health insurance licenses, and Series 7 & 63
