My client, a global leading financial services organization in Frankfurt and Dusseldorf with a strong leadership team, is looking to make the hire of an Senior Legal Counsel contribute and advise on wide range of legal matters in relation to their activities around the globe. As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will:
*Be responsible for business legal matters related to Capital Markets and/or Transaction Law
*Report directly to Head of Legal
*Ongoing observation and implementation of legal framework in international jurisdiction
*Negotiate, review and draft various type of contracts including implementation of legal decisions throughout specific departments of the business
*Manage global / local projects on various financing transactions including corporate and M&A transactions
*Provide legal advise to matters related to real estate, loan, commodity and trade

As Senior Legal Counsel, you should have:
*Experienced as a (Senior) Legal Counsel in financial services sector and/or as a Lawyer in an international law firm; completed second state examination
*Capital Markets Specialist with Legal Risk Management experience and/or Transaction Lawyer with loan market experience
*Several years of experiences in German financial / legal institutions
*Strong knowledge in banking, finance and corporate law
*Fluent in English, knowledge of German is an advantage
