As (Senior) Legal Counsel, you will:
*Ensure all internal & external legal matters, reporting directly to the General Counsel
*Provide advise on regulatory requirements with regards to payment services, prevention of money laundering and data protection
*Ensuring compliance, legal and regulatory requirements with the Payment Services Supervision Act (ZAG)
*Foster and promote the collaboration between Compliance and other relevant control functions and respective business areas
*Support the continuous improvement and optimization of Legal process and procedure

As (Senior) Legal Counsel, you should have:
*Qualified Lawyer in Germany
*Minimum 5ys of relevant experience: Legal of a financial institution, audit, assurance firm or a law firm of supervisory authority to the financial services industry
*Experience with Banking & Corporate Law, Regulatory and Investment legal matters
*Excellent entrepreneurial judgment and strategic thinking
*Fluent in both German and English
