A leading Life Sciences company is looking for a Senior Counsel to join their growing Legal team. This exciting opportunity will allow this individual to assist with growing and building the company's Legal Commercial/Regulatory platform. This individual will also have the opportunity to be on a fast-tracked promotion cycle and be given responsibility of helping manage this team as the company continues to expand this area.
Responsibilities would include:
- Working independently and collaboratively on legal issues affecting the company's Life Science, Pharma and Medical Device functions to ensure minimal risk of legal liability under the supervision of Chief Counsel.
- Providing guidance on FDA promotional labeling requirements
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts.
- Advising counsel and reporting to management on legal and regulatory risks, including FDA regulations
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of legal experience at a Life Science/Pharma or Medical Device company
- Strong experience working on commercial contracts
- Knowledge of FDA regulations and strong experience working with promotional labeling for the FDA
