As a business continuity manager, you will be supporting the business headquarters to establish consistency across the global organization and across a strong network of regional BCM organizations.
YOUR JOB
- Further developing the business continuity, emergency and crisis-management organization in close cooperation with Group companies
- Collaborating with related disciplines such as IT service continuity management, procurement, facility management, and HR
- Supporting all BCM steps (lifecycle elements) from governance to business impact and risk analysis as well as emergency planning
- Conducting training and awareness activities as well as tests and exercises
- Preparing reports about the implementation status, potential improvements and concrete steps for development
YOUR PROFILE
- Several years of professional experience in business continuity management (or related disciplines)
- Broad understanding of related disciplines such as information risk, vendor risk, IT service continuity and operational risk management
- Practical experience with BCM-related solutions, such as alerting tools and GRC platforms
- Knowledge of related legal and regulatory requirements in the financial sector
- Professional certifications (e.g. ISO 22301 Lead Implementer/Auditor)
- Project planning and presentation skills
- Very good command of German and English language
- Willingness to travel
