What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance trading systems and algorithms using Python
- Build tooling and infrastructure to enhance reliability and reduce overhead in production management
- Develop monitoring infrastructure and automated testing frameworks
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and mentor junior team members
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Strong programming experience, particularly in Python
- Experience running code in containerized environments
- Familiarity with Ansible, Django, Flask, and Jenkins
- Ability to approach complex operational challenges
- Knowledge of the trading/finance industry
