Responsibilities:
- Conduct fundamental credit research and due diligence.
- Analyse and assess the financial performance, market conditions, and potential risks and rewards associated.
- Develop and execute financial models, cash flow projections, and investment valuations to evaluate the feasibility and potential returns of investments.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for value creation plans to maximise.
- Collaborate with legal advisers, investment banks, and other external partners to ensure a smooth transaction process and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of existing investments, tracking key performance indicators and identifying potential issues or opportunities for optimisation.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
- Prepare investment presentations, reports, and other materials to effectively communicate investment opportunities and updates to internal stakeholders and potential investors.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in Leveraged Finance, Direct Lending, or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of the credit industry.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Strong financial modelling and Excel skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Detail-oriented and adaptable to fast-paced settings.
- Passion to work in the credit space.
