Responsibilities:
- Implementation of controls to mitigate risk in a highly regulated environment
- Development of relationships with key stakeholders across the bank, driving and embedding an enhanced risk culture
- Conduct high-priority risk assessments and provide guidance for the implementation of controls to mitigate enterprise-wide risk
- Contribute to the continued enhancement of risk practices, strategy, and methodologies
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in an industry relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in Operational Risk experience within a Bank or Financial Institution
- 5+ years of experience in Program Management or Chief of Staff within a Bank or Financial Institution
- Experience working in CAO/Chief of Staff positions
- Banking or financial services experience implementing controls
