As the Marketing and Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of the firms projects.
Marketing Associate responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of our firm. Create compelling content, manage social media channels, and execute targeted campaigns to attract investors and partners. Storytelling, Copywriting a plus, Event Management, and file management
- Operational Excellence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes. Ensure seamless project management, coordinate logistics, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and conduct market research to identify new investment opportunities. Provide insights to support decision-making and maximize returns for our investors.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, and stakeholders. Provide exceptional client service and act as a liaison between the firm and external parties.
Marketing Associate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience
- Adobe Suite, PowerPoint, Microsoft 365 and any other graphic support software packages.
- Proven experience in marketing and operations within the real estate or finance industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
