We are looking for an experienced Associate - M&A Generalist to join our client's team in Milan. Our client is one of the leading European Investment Banks, working with various industries and sectors.
Responsibilities:
* Work on M&A transactions, including buy-side and sell-side deals
* Assist in deal origination and execution
* Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Conduct market research and analysis
* Prepare financial models, presentations and reports
* Work closely with other teams and departments
Skills:
* 3-4 years of experience in Investment Banking, M&A
* Generalist M&A experience
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
* English and Italian speaker (native/bilingual)
