Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage execution of financial restructuring transactions, including conducting financial analysis, developing comprehensive financial models, and preparing client presentations and proposals
- Collaborate closely with senior team members in formulating and implementing restructuring strategies, assisting in negotiations, and providing valuable insights to clients
- Conduct in-depth industry and market research to identify trends, opportunities , and risks relevant to clients undergoing restructuring processes
- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support, knowledge, and fostering their professional growth within the team
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and delivering high-quality, tailored solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's and/or MBA degree in Finance, Economics, or related filed
- 5+ years of experience in investment banking restructuring
- Extensive expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools
- Strong understanding of corporate finance principals, bankruptcy codes, and restructuring strategies
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
