Title: Analyst, Associate, or Vice President - Medical Technology (MedTech)
Location: New York, NY
Our client, a leading investment bank is looking for an Analyst, Associate, or Vice President to join their growing Medical Technology (MedTech) group in New York City. This position will offer exposure to some of the most high-profile public and private MedTech M&A transactions across the street.
The role will involve the following:
- Preparing and delivering presentation materials
- Performing extensive valuation, due-diligence, and pricing analysis
- Interfacing with clients
- Supervising junior members of the deal team
- Playing key leadership role in all aspects of the transaction process - primarily in MedTech M&A execution
- Working closely with seasoned Managing Directors
Requirements:
- Prior Analyst, Associate and/or Vice President level experience at another investment bank
- Buy/sell-side M&A experience is strongly preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skill set
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Math, or Economics
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, Word, & Powerpoint
