Investment Banking MD - Healthcare
We are looking for an experienced Investment Banking MD to join our team and work on healthcare deals. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for leading the healthcare investment banking team in originating, structuring and executing M&A transactions. You will be an expert in healthcare, with a deep understanding of the sector and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Originate and lead M&A transactions in the healthcare sector
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic advice
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, both new and existing
- Lead the healthcare investment banking team and ensure they are delivering high-quality work
- Work closely with other teams across the bank to ensure a seamless experience for clients
Skills
- Strong understanding of the healthcare sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Requirements
- 10+ years in Investment Banking
- Book of Business within Healthcare required
- Finance Degree required, MBA preferred
