Position Overview: Senior Associate / Vice President - Investment Banking
Location: Paris, France
Role and Responsibilities:
- As a Senior Associate / Vice President in our Investment Banking team, you will play a pivotal role in executing Mergers and Acquisitions transactions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing deal execution processes, including due diligence, financial modelling, valuation, and documentation.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyse potential investment opportunities and develop comprehensive financial strategies.
- Conducting market research, industry analysis, and staying updated on relevant market trends.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, advising them on strategic financial decisions.
- Mentoring and guiding junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5+ years of proven Investment Banking experience with a focus on M&A transactions.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English and French is required.
