Job: HRIS Workday Specialist
Work Model: 3x a week in office, Midtown NY
Salary: $200-350k TC
Summary: A top multistrat hedge fund globally, operating in 3 countries and with more than 50 billion in AUM is seeking a HRIS Workday Analyst to join their team. The role allows you to act as an SME and point person for technical Workday matters. You will help with implementation and onboarding as well. This is a key hire, assisting their talent acquisition team to operate more smoothly.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Workday system implementations, including design, testing and deploying functionality
- Workday HCM or Recruiting Certification (current or expired) is preferred
- Experience in quality assurance testing and Workday custom reporting a plus
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret business needs, problem solve, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive individual with strong communication skills; able to interface well with users and other development teams both in and out of region
- Detail oriented and strong ownership of work
- Demonstrate good judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive data
Responsibilities:
- Manage HR Workday Recruiting and Eightfold CRM initiatives by leading business requirement gathering, business process review, project management, testing, training, documentation development and communication
- Support the execution of core recruiting processes utilizing Workday, Eightfold and other enterprise systems
- Work closely with Recruiting Operations and Talent Acquisition partners on strategy and functional and technical requirements
- Manage process design and recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements
- Lead review, testing and implementation of system and process enhancements to the firm's Workday Recruiting and Eightfold systems
- Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Train new users and clients on new processes/functionality
- Support business requests, special projects, and analysis for HR and internal clients
- Serve as a technical point of contact and subject matter expert for Workday, working independently to research and resolve issues or process flaws
