Head of US OTC Crypto Sales
We are partnered with a global quantitative trading firm that establishes enduring connections with both cryptocurrency communities and traditional investors through the provision of exceptional service, specialized expertise, and customized trading capabilities that cater to their individual requirements. They are seeking a Head of US OTC Crypto Sales to drive the growth of their US OTC derivatives business across the US. The successful candidate will have an existing network of contacts they can build upon to boost activity and trading volume for the OTC desk.
Responsibilities:
The Head of US OTC Crypto Sales will be responsible for the following duties:
Position company as a valued strategic partner in the markets
- Demonstrate expertise in all facets of crypto derivatives to enhance and reinforce client relationships
- Collaborate with various client-facing departments, this position will oversee the expansion of our US OTC derivatives business
- Actively pursue new opportunities while concurrently nurturing existing client connections, aiming to boost activity and trading volume for the OTC desk
- Showcase comprehensive expertise in all facets of crypto derivatives, reinforcing ties with clients, and positioning company as a key strategic partner within the market
- Driving the growth of the US OTC derivatives business
- Building on an existing network of contacts

Skills:
- Outstanding academic proficiency, encompassing a Bachelor's or Master's degree or an equivalent qualification from a distinguished university
- Demonstrated skill set in handling OTC derivatives and structured products, preferably within the realm of cryptocurrency
- Proficiency in numerical skills, coupled with excellent problem-solving abilities
- A personable, polite, and considerate communicator with the capacity to adapt communication style to diverse audiences
