· Manage an existing team of 6 and scale the team globally.
· Coach and carry the teams sales quota, meeting annual quotas consistently.
· Mentor and drive the sales team for growth and share of wallet in selected existing clients, consistently maximising existing revenue streams.
· Be an expert in the technology, being able to consult clients in all aspects of the offering
· Lead the sales team globally, communicate market needs and development back to the team in order to align product development road map
· 8+ years experience in selling Risk/RegTech/GRC/Compliance enterprise SaaS to financial services.
· 3-5+ years managing a sales team
· Strong, proven sales track record selling enterprise solutions to C level.
· Strong negotiation skills
· Strong track record of consistently coaching a team to hit annual sales quotas
