Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end management of Risk Management Committee reporting and regulatory requirements
- Identify improvement areas of strategic and reputation risk management framework, propose and drive specific improvement actions
- Build, maintain, and enhance business relations with department and business stakeholders
- Update the governance documents as appropriate
- Provide ad-hoc analytics related to risk governance
- Work closely with all lines of defense
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in the risk management space (ideally at the enterprise level)
- 1+ years of experience working within the financial services industry
- Understanding of relevant banking industry regulations and regulators
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Master's degree in preferred
- Strong project and time management skills
