Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of management presentations and confidential information memoranda
- Build complex financial models and performing financial analyses in support of platform acquisitions, mergers and recapitalisation transactions, among other capital events
- Recognising and contacting potential lenders/investors regarding a financing
- Visit potential lenders/investors at client facilities
- Assisting during the due diligence and closing process
- Supporting senior bankers in negotiations
Qualifications
- Self-motivated, desire to succeed, confident, able to excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong in accounting and finance and strong business acumen
- Strong verbal and written English and Spanish communication skills
- Minimum 2 years banking, capital raising, lending or investment banking experience is preferred
