A global research company providing data and intelligence to the financial industry is currently hiring for a Customer Success Manager based in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Account Managers on maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify opportunities to increase usage to grow the value of the firm by on-going engagements.
- Identify clients at risk and resolve urgent matters in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Relationship management skills with a strong understanding of consultative sales.
- Strong communication skills - additional language skills would be a bonus.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or related field required.
