Our client, a large multinational bank, is looking for a Credit Risk Manager to join their team in Vienna.
The role requires experience in retail banking and will have a focus on the Austrian mortgage market, knowing topics such as current accounts or consumer lending of Austrian banking market will be helpful for anyone applying.
As a Credit Risk Manager you will:
- Monitor and control the credit risk according to the company's methods, implement the credit risk strategy and develop risk models.
- Carry out scenario-based simulations, which you also design and execute yourself.
- Continue to develop the automated reports from their databases, work closely with the delivery units on projects and assist the local management and the Risk Committee with advice and action.
Ideally, you will:
- Have a minimum of 5-10 years' experience (retail banking).
- Know regulatory requirements for credit institutions like BWG or Basel III.
- Know programming tools and understand housing finance.
