Description
- Provide legal advice and support to a variety of investment transactions including real estate debt and equity, private credit, and private asset classes
- Draft and negotiate various agreements, including investment documents, side letters, and vendor contracts
- Assist with regulatory and compliance matters relating to investments
- Lead a variety of complex real estate transactions
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor
- 4+ years of transactional experience within law firm or in-house at financial institution
- Experience with insurance regulation is a preferred
