Responsibilities
- Counsel a wide range of legal areas, including: IP, tech, and regulatory compliance
- Draft, revise and negotiate commercial agreements
- Resolve issues that arise with any existing commercial relationships
- Handle legal disputes and inquiries
Qualifications
- JD.
- 4+ years experience (in-house or private practice) a must
- Experience at a prestigious law firm preferred
