An Exciting Company for Car and Consumer Loans under The Savings Banks Finance Group are looking for a Compliance Advisor (50/75%) for their Berlin Branch.
Tasks:
- Tracking, analyzing, and generating action-inspiring ideas from legal and regulatory developments.
- You do compliance checks for the necessary implementation of legal requirements in all MaRisk-relevant areas while keeping an eye on the necessary compliance measures and the elimination of regulatory deficits, serving as an interface to the specialized departments.
- Regarding MaRisk-related legal matters as well as the creation of direct reports for the bank's management and supervisory board, you will offer assistance.
- You will evaluate legal developments with the team and determine the crucial, pertinent changes for the bank.
Profile:
- Someone who has successfully finished a degree program at a university in finance, business, law, or a related field.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Someone who is open minded, team orientated and loyal.
- Someone with very good analytical and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements. Knowledge of Consumer Credit and MaRisk is an advantage
