Job Responsibilities:
- Client service contact through email and phone
- Client review
- KYC/AML client onboarding
- Handle client reporting and data update
Job requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience of client servicing and sales support. Related experience in front office is preferable
- Proficient in market data applications (Bloomberg, Morningstar and FE Fundinfo)
- SFC License type 1 is must
- Speak fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
