Job Description:
As the Claims Manager, you will oversee all aspects of claim demands. You will lead a team of dedicated claim adjusters and manage the workflow of the Claims department to ensure efficient and effective processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Claims Oversight:
- Manage the timely and accurate processing of all claims submitted to the company.
- Provide leadership and guidance to claim adjusters to maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
- Implement strategies to streamline claims processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure strict adherence to regulations set forth by the Florida Department of Financial Services-Office of Insurance Regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance and address any regulatory issues promptly.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of claim adjusters to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Foster a collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement and professional development.
Business Plan Execution:
- Direct the implementation of the company's business plan related to claims management.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve organizational targets.
