*Be responsible for creating company policy, monitoring and measuring corporate compliance programs
*Provide leadership, guidance and management to improve corporate's understanding of legal, regulatory requirements
*Provide strategic recommendations, training of procedures and policies of company compliance
*Oversee and develop compliance work plans that reflects corporate characteristics
*Interact with senior management, faculty, staff and/or government agency officials - preparing and presenting clear compliance reports to the Board
*Coordinate the development and implementation with Risk Management Director - annual testing, monitoring plan and activities to ensure appropriate actions will take place
As Chief Compliance Officer, you should have:
*10+ years' experience in the financial industry with strong regulatory knowledge
*Degree in Law, Operations Management, Business Administration or equivalent
*Certification: Professional Compliance Officer / Regulatory Compliance Management
*Professional experience in risk management, Regulatory Compliance, AFC and AML is essential
