Position Overview
As a Wholesale Broker, you'll:
- Leverage your expertise in the E&S space (property, professional, casualty, environmental, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong carrier relationships.
- Contribute to our growing team.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in relationship building.
- Familiarity with retail relationships (without violating non-competes) or a willingness to generate new business.
- Passion for the insurance industry.
Unique Compensation Package
- Base Compensation: Competitive draw structure
- Commission: Lucrative percentage (35-45%), paid monthly.
