Responsible for:
- Developing strong broker and customer relationships within your assigned zonal region to foster long-term partnerships.
- Tailor insurance solutions in collaboration with brokers and clients, addressing their unique requirements and needs.
- Execute a comprehensive underwriting process, including thorough assessments of underwriting documents, third-party vendor reports, and the analysis of current industry trends and individual risk factors.
- Skillfully negotiate and shape deal terms and contract language to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Proactively identify and seize business growth opportunities through your extensive network of brokers and clients.
- Managing a team of 3-4 direct reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree with 7 years of experience in business or underwriting, with a specific emphasis on cyber underwriting.
- Demonstrate strong analytical abilities and a solid foundation in financial statement analysis.
- Has the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with various Microsoft software, notably Excel.
