Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Asset Management Associate to join our team in Miami. In this role, you will assist in managing and optimizing our real estate portfolio, focusing on maximizing asset performance and value. You will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and enhance property operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of asset management strategies for a diverse portfolio of properties.
- Monitor and analyze property performance metrics, financial reports, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with property management teams to ensure efficient operations and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and quarterly performance reviews.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate property conditions and operational efficiencies.
- Facilitate tenant relations by addressing inquiries and concerns while fostering a positive leasing environment.
- Prepare and present reports on asset performance and strategic initiatives to senior management.
- Assist with acquisition and disposition processes, including due diligence and financial modeling.
