A leading bank with a major global presence is looking to bring on an Application Support Engineer to their Chicago team.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to client inquiries regarding software issues, providing technical support, and troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems
- Working with internal partners to improve processes and to ensure applications are reliable
- Maintaining accurate documentation of support cases, issues, and resolutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience with Unix, Python, and SQL
- Exposure to working in hybrid cloud environment
This role sits in Chicago working in a hybrid model of 3 days per week in office. You will be working within a global team in a highly collaborative environment.
