Professional / Education
- 2+ years of relevant professional work experience required, including accounting, finance, private equity/credit, investment banking, commercial banking, or other related financial services
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related discipline is preferred
- Relevant industry certifications such as CPA or CFA are a plus
Technical Skills
- Strong verbal communication and business writing capabilities Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Financial statement analysis
- Basic understanding of private equity industry / transactions
- Financial modeling experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to conduct independent research on business topics
