RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and execute marketing strategies for stop loss renewals and new business opportunities.
- Assess vendor performance and provide recommendations.
- Oversee national carrier relationships.
- Perform market research and trend analysis.
- Assist local account teams with stop loss issues.
- Collaborate with underwriting and actuarial teams on pricing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4+ years of experience in stop loss.
- Demonstrated success in managing client relationships.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Strong communication skills.
- Current Life and Health license.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to work outside normal hours and travel as needed.
