Key Account Manager

Our client is a leading multinational company that is currently looking to expand their team. They are looking for a Key Account Manager to join them in Singapore. This Key Account Manager will act as the frontline for all support relating to their platform.

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Oversee and investigate activities on their platform, supporting operational processes, managing exceptions, and ensuring platform performance.
  • Provide customer support, gather feedback, and collaborate with management to enhance the FundsDLT platform and client services.
  • Contribute to testing, training, and report preparation, ensuring alignment with committee requirements and supporting platform design and maintenance.

The ideal Key Account Manager will possess:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in financial services, banking, financial market infrastructure, or IT/fintech sectors
  • Strong knowledge of innovative solutions, including familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes), scripting languages (Python, Bash, Ruby), cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud), and infrastructure as code tools (Terraform).
  • Experience with CI/CD processes, version control (Gitlab), system monitoring, and networking protocols is also preferred.
  • Analytical and logical mindset, capable of working both independently and as part of a diverse, international team, with a natural curiosity to continuously learn and improve.
